After getting your awesome FoodSpan purchase, we'll ship it straight to your address! If you live in Canada, we'll ship with Canada Post for a nominal fee. It'll be at your house within 9 business days. If you live outside of Canada, it'll cost a bit more and you'll have to pay for customs: we can't guarantee a time. That being said, we're working on connecting FoodSpan to countries all over the world!
We want to make sure that FoodSpan is an amazing experience for you, but if something goes wrong, we want to help. If you're not satisfied with our product, you can return it and receive a refund on your purchase; and if something breaks or goes wrong within six months of your purchase, we're happy to replace it.
